The Declaration neck tie is made in Scotland from fine 10oz Declaration tartan in 100% pure new wool, woven on the Isle of Bute. Hand made to a precise pattern ensuring the pivots in the tartan (representing the two flags of Scotland) are centred on the tie.

• The ties are presented in a clear pop-up pillow box with black inner sleeve (produced exclusively for the Tartan Artisan)

• Each tie individually numbered and labeled ...'the Declaration'

• The complete rationale behind the Declaration Tartan is included in a small 8 page booklet, along with the famous quote (printed on a small card):

The Declaration Numbered Edition Neck Ties are each certified, and labelled with a specific number as requested by the customer - so this tie can become more meaningful to the recipient.
